Hot Springs Housing Authority provides housing assistance for families, elderly, and disabled individuals throughout Garland County through a variety of programs including Housing Choice Voucher/Section 8 Tenant Based Vouchers (TBV), Project Based Vouchers (PBV) Emergency Housing Vouchers (EHV) and the Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing (VASH).
Housing Choice Vouchers/Section 8 Tenant Based Vouchers - Program allows you the opportunity to find housing throughout Garland County.
RAD/Section 8 Project Based Vouchers - Program allows you the opportunity to be housed in a voucher-based unit at Mountain View Heights sites in Hot Springs, AR.

HACHS partners with the VA in issuing VASH vouchers for Veterans who are in need of housing. This process starts with our partners at the VA.
HACHS has seven (7) privately owned 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units located within city limits where Section 8 applicants could be eligible to apply.
